MAKÜ, included in the 2026 ranking of European Universities

MAKÜ entered the QS Europe Universities 2026 ranking for the first time, placing in the 701–900 band and securing its position among European universities.
Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) achieved a significant success by being included for the first time in the QS Europe Universities 2026 ranking announced by the international higher education ranking organization QS (Quacquarelli Symonds).
MAKÜ, which is among the 33 Turkish universities entering the list for the first time in the QS Europe 2026 ranking this year, positioned itself in the 701–900 band, elevating its international academic visibility to a higher level.
MAKÜ, which has shown a steady rise in recent years with its focus on scientific production, education quality, and institutional development, is proud to be among European universities with this result.
In an evaluation regarding the subject, Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar used the following expressions:
